Bruce H. Belsky graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1972 and from the Syracuse University of Law School, cum laude, in 1975. Mr. Belsky specializes in estate planning and estate administration. His strong tax background, an asset to all of the firm's clients, allows him to integrate their business needs with their estate planning needs. His practice also includes all phases of commercial law including buying and selling businesses, business organization and structuring, stockholders and operating agreements, negotiations and preparations of commercial leases and employment agreements. In addition, he has extensive experience in handling all types of complex real estate matters.
