An expanding field of litigation is prosecution and defense of issues dealing with aging parents and children and disputes between siblings concerning family assets. Senior partner, Joel S. In guardianship proceedings, he has been appointed by Nassau County Supreme Court on behalf of allegedly incapacitated persons, and has been privately retained by family members, as well.
